Module contents
Business Game:
In this course students use the basic knowledge gained in the first semesters for practical application. They discover and demonstrate:
- how to run or to start a company or a specific function of a company
- to work in diverse teams/international teams
- the importance of project management
- proper communication
- how to deal intercultural differences
- to solve tasks with computer based simulation
Business Plan:
In this course students train entrepreneurship skills in small and medium sized companies. They gain
theoretical and practical experiences in:
- the formal structure of a business plan
- cross departmental thinking
- writing a proper business paper
- finding essentials in the management summary
- discussing and communication core topics
- reacting on worst case scenarios
