Applicability
The focus Human Resource Management prepares students for future roles in the field of HRM as well as general management. Transfer of knowledge into practice and building-up professional competences take place via project work within the context of corporate partners like corporations, organisations or institutions. This provides a base for starting a career in the area of HRM within industrial enterprises or the service sector as well as pursuing a master study programme focussing on HRM.
