Tuition in Seminars
The seminar consist of a two day Team Training. Students have to transfer the lessons learned in a group project.
Applicability
The Module is introducing the international student group to the German culture.
The Team building exercises are supporting all courses with team work as 7 Business Management, Module 11 Business Simulation, 13 Intercultural Management and the 24-27 Focus.

Team training:
- Development and training of team working skills
- Introduction to project management
- Introduction to scientific techniques, visit of the library
- International and intercultural student groups solve different tasks, using project management techniques
- Simulation of an international company environment through changing teams
- Defining a common goal
- Work together as a team and create an understanding of the behaviour required to develop team performance
Business, Culture and Society:
- Role of primary and secondary stakeholders both within and associated with organizations
- Cultural differences, ethics and social responsibility and different scopes of organizational activities
- broad forces in business, society, and globalization; stakeholders’ influence in the destiny of both business and society
