Relevance of the Programme The new international bachelor programme prepares students for a career in an international business environment in Germany or abroad. Foreign students get to know the German culture and language while German students will be prepared professionally and culturally for a future job in an international company. The specialisation during the sixth and seventh semesters allows a direct entry into internationally oriented functional departments. The entrepreneurship and SME specialisation provides the basis for independent entrepreneurial activity and an orientation towards the particular challenges of international small and medium-sized companies.
Study Requirements (1) Advanced technical college entrance qualification or general qualification for university entrance, baccalaureate or a comparable foreign higher education entrance qualification; (2) English language skills; (3) German language skills on the level A2.

Course of Study Duration of the programme International Management is 7 semesters leading, after successful completion, to a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Management. Credits from our partner university will be checked and are usually accredited by FHWS. During semester 6 and 7 the theoretical and practical skills will be intensified in two focus areas. Meanwhile, the Bachelor's thesis is being prepared

Double Degree Programme The Faculty offers a Double Degree programme in which selected students are able to receive two Bachelor’s degrees in the scheduled study time. During the first 2 semesters, students apply to take part in the Double Degree programme. After being accepted, they spend 2 of the 7 semesters (60 CP) at one of our partner universities. After the successful completion of the Double Degree programme, students will receive a German Bachelor’s degree from FHWS and a second Bachelor’s degree from the partner university.
